Eating strawberries, blue- berries, blackcurrants and blackberries could help to protect against Parkinson’s disease, researchers suggest.

those who ate berries at least once a week could cut their risk of
developing the disease by a quarter compared with those who never ate
them, the study by British and U.S. experts also found.
